The goal of this course is to build a static web page using HTML and CSS. If you have the basics down already, you can immediately start working on the project, but if you are brand new to web development, reading through the lessons will help you with the project. All web developers should learn about the basics of HTML and CSS, even if their main focus will be back-end.
